EMDR

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function by which the brain learns to function more efficiently. We observe the brain in action from moment to moment, and show that information back to the client. And we reward the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns. This is a gradual learning process, and it applies to any aspect of brain function that we can measure.

The Seven Challenges

The Seven Challenges is a therapeutic program that incorporates work on alcohol and other drug problems. It is designed to motivate clients, to evaluate their lives, consider changes they may wish to make, and then succeed in implementing the desired changes. It supports them in taking power over their own lives.
